NO FIREWORKS

Due to the dry conditions the City of Burleson will be taking a “No Tolerance” position with the enforcement of the City’s fireworks ordinance. This means that all violators will be ticketed and the fireworks will be confiscated.

The City of Burleson fire code prohibits the storage, use, and handling of fireworks within the city limits.

On June 13, 2006, the Tarrant County Commissioners Court issued an Order prohibiting the sale or use of restricted fireworks in all of Tarrant County during the 2006 Fourth of July fireworks season. This Order restricts the sale or use of restricted fireworks classified as "skyrockets with sticks" and "missiles with fins".
