Registration
You must first register to use this service. Follow the steps below (you may wish to print this page before you begin). Click the "Online Utility Payments" button to the right to begin the process. Registration is only necessary the first time you access the online payment system.
PLEASE NOTE: Internet Explorer and Netscape (Firefox) are the only browsers supported by Click2Gov. We recognize that several browsers have been able to use Click2Gov in the past, but only these 2 have ever been fully supported. If you try to access online payments using an unsupported browser, you will receive a "page not available" error message. Please contact our office at 817-426-9601if you have any questions regarding web browsers and Click2Gov compatibility.
Step 1 - Select the "Create PIN" option from the left side menu.
Step 2 - Enter your Utility Account Number (dash included) and the route and cycle number just as they appear on your utility statement. Click the Sign On button.
Step 3 - Choose your PIN, which can be any combination from five to ten letters or numbers. Type in a hint to help you to remember your new PIN. Enter your personal e-mail address. Click "Submit". A confirmation e-mail message will be sent to you shortly. Click the "Exit" button to close the application.
Step 4 - IMPORTANT: You will receive an email verification message from "utilities@burlesontx.com" that will contain your account number, your newly defined PIN, your PIN clue, and a link that you MUST click to complete the registration process.. You may have to copy and paste the link into your browser address bar if the link does not open.
Step 5 - The link will take you to the account inquiry screen and prompt you for your Utility Account Number and PIN. Click "Sign On" and a confirmation screen will be displayed to let you know you have successfully registered.
These steps are only necessary for your initial access to the system. For each subsequent access, simply click the "Online Utility Payments" button.

Additional Information
MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards the City can accept.
