ATTENTION BURLESON YOUTH

This is your chance to make a difference while having fun! 

The City of Burleson recently appointed the first Mayor’s Youth Council in January 2008. Your Youth representatives have decided they need your help.

You will have the chance to plan Youth Council events and have your voices heard. The Youth Corps will be called on by the Youth Council to aid in planning, coordinating, and attending events.

If you are 12-19 and have an interest in making the City of Burleson a more positive, exciting community for youth, please join the Burleson Youth Corps.

Read thoroughly and follow all instructions before accessing online forms on this web site.  You may wish to print these instructions before you complete a form. (for PC users)

Click on the Formatta icon above to download the file from the Formatta web site. Select "RUN" when prompted to download the "fillersetup.exe" and follow the on screen installation instructions.  If using a business/corporate computer, you MUST have access/rights to install software for Filler to function.  If you do not have the right to install software on your PC, please "Save" (to a familiar location on the PC) instead of "Run" and contact your IT support to install this software.   After installation, Formatta Filler will launch to the Formatta registration screen.  Registration is not required but will provide additional support from the software provider. You may simply choose to close the window at this point. Now you are ready to open the Youth Corps Application below.
(for Mac users)

Click on the Formatta icon above to download the file. When promoted, save to the application folder on your computer. Now you are ready to open the Youth Corps Application below. You will be asked how you want to open the form. Choose Formatta Filler.

Once you have filled out the form, choose Save As to save to your computer. You may then open your email program and send this form as an attachment.
