Call to order

1. Discussion and direction to staff regarding the Park and Recreation Capital Improvement Plan projects and ranking.

Action by the Burleson 4B Community Service Development Corporation

2. Set date for public hearing and adoption of the Park and Recreation Capital Improvement Plan as a 4B project.

Action by City Council

3. Ordinance C-588, repealing the property tax exemption for the residential homesteads of disabled individuals or individuals 65 years of age or older, and providing an effective date contingent upon approval of tax freeze at a special election to be held on November 8, 2005. (First reading)

4. Convene into executive session pursuant to Sec. 551.074, personnel matters related to the City Manager's employment agreement and review.

5. Reconvene into open session for possible action resulting from any items posted and legally discussed in Executive Session.
