Items for Council Action

1. Public Hearing on the creation of a Reinvestment Zone to promote development or redevelopment of the area consisting of approximately 720 acres of land fully contained in Johnson County, encompassing the Old Town District of Burleson and including property to the east of I-35 and south of Spinks Airport and north of Renfro and property to the west along the 174 corridor .

2. Ordinance C-592, designating Reinvestment Zone Number Two in the City of Burleson, Texas and creating a board of directors for the zone. (First reading)
