The Facilities Maintenance Division strives to deliver a full range of maintenance programs that will insure all City facilities meet the highest standards as required by it's citizens.

The Facilities Maintenance Divison provides maintenance to city facilities and grounds which include the following: City Hall, Police Department, Library, Fire Stations One and Two, Service Center, Senior Adult Center, City Annex, Interurban Building, Recycling Center, and Hidden Creek Golf Course (building only). Minor maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning is performed by the employees in this divison, as well as light construction projects. The custodial service reports to this division also.

The employes in this divison were recognized for their beautification efforts by the Burleson Beautification Council in 2003 and received the Mayor's Business award for the landscaping at the Burleson Public Library.
