The City of Burleson Texas is currently holding property that is presumed abandoned or unclaimed subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.  Pursuant to Sec. 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the City of Burleson is publishing the names of those individuals/entities for whom the City of Burleson is holding unclaimed property valued at $100 or less. 

Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain additional information by contacting the Finance Department at 817-426-9650.  A completed claim form in addition to the specified proof of ownership will be necessary to establish the owner’s right to receive the property.
