The Administrative Services Division consists of the Communications Section, the Criminal Investigations Section, and the Records Section.  The Administrative Services Division is responsible for the performance of auxiliary services necessary to assist line personnel in the performance of their duties. 

The Administrative Services Division is also responsible for radio, telephone and teletype communications, preparation, processing, and security of criminal records, crime scene and follow-up investigations, case filing, property and evidence, victim assistance, and Johnson County Special Crimes Task Force Detectives.
