What do I do if I don't have any hot water?
If the cold water is working then you may want a plumber or someone with plumbing experience to check it out for you. If you aren't getting any water service, call the Service Center at 817-447-5410, ext. 220.
What do I do if I can't get water to come out in my kitchen sink, even though I'm getting water in the bathroom?
You may have a plumbing problem.  Again, you may want someone familiar with plumbing to look at it for you.
What do I do if my sinks and bathtubs are draining very slowly?
Call the water department at 817-447-5410, ext. 220We may be able to help with your problem.
What do I do if smelly water is coming up from my toilets and drains?
Take the cap off of your sewer clean-out and call us immediately.  Your sewer clean-out is a white (or sometimes black) pipe coming up from the ground and is usually located in your flowerbed near the outside faucet. Call the water department at 817-447-5410, ext. 220 and a crew will be disptached to check out the problem.

What do I do if water is coming out of a manhole in the street?
Call the water department immediately at 817-447-5410, ext. 220. A crew will be sent to take care of the problem.
Is there a charge for turning water off/on for repairs after hours?
No, but you may have an hour or two wait until a crew can get there..
What phone number do we call for after hour and weekend emergencies?
Please call the police department at 817-295-1118 to report after-hours water emergencies.
If water is coming out of the meter box does this mean I am being charged for it?
Not unless your meter is turning.  In any case, you should contact the water department at 817-447-5410 ext. 220 and let us send someone out to check.
