Yoga for Every-Body

    • Non-members $50 (per session)
    • Drop in - $10
  • Ages: 13 - Adult
  • Times: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays
For a slow moving, deep breathing, flowing journey of increased flexibility, strength, balance, sense of peace, and overall well-being. This multi-level class is perfect for beginners and intermediate students.

Joy of Yoga


  • Fees: Complimentary for members and day pass users
  • Ages: 13 - Adult
  • Days and Times:
    • Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
    • Sundays, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Pure Yoga
