Commit to Fit

COVID-19 Precautions: 
All BRiCk programs have specific health protocols in place for the safety of our participants. Additionally, each program has specific registration caps for safety precautions due to COVID-19. These protocols have been reviewed and endorsed by our local health authority. 

 Health Protocol: All attendees will be required to wear a mask at any time they are not engaging in cardiovascular exercise (medical exclusions apply). Groups are divided into groups of 4 on separate days/timeslots. Coaches will have towels and spray bottles to clean machines after each use by a participant.
Max Enrollment: max of 24 total participants, split into 6 different time slots. Max of 4 in each time slot.

Commit to Fit is a 90-day program designed to communicate the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by assisting participants with forming a routine of working out, providing encouragement, support, and motivation, while lastly providing quality fitness direction based off their health/wellness goals.
