3rd Wednesday of each Month:  July 19, August 16, September 20, & October 18, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Diabetes Self-Management Workshops (Registration Required)

Thursdays September 7 to October 12, 1 -3:30 p.m.

Discover healthy ways to live with diabetes. Healthy aging begins with you and your family. These self-management workshops were developed by Stanford University to help persons cope more effectively with chronic health conditions and to live a healthy life.

The workshop program is offered in a series of six weekly sessions. Each session is two and one-half (2.5) hours long with snack and stretch breaks.

Any adult may attend this class who is in the Texas Health Huguley Hospital area and has diabetes, pre-diabetes or is a caregiver of someone with diabetes.

Admission is FREE but seating is limited. Call 817-568-5503 to reserve your seat. Join by Session 2 for program eligibility.
