Stress-Busting Program™ for Alzheimer's and dementia caregivers

Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
January 19 through March 23 

If you provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, you are not alone.
We know caregiving is stressful and we are offering the proven Stress-Busting Program™ for Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers.
The Stress-Busting Program™ teaches: 
  • Stress Management Techniques
  • Relaxation and Coping Strategies
  • Problem Solving and Support

The Stress-Busting Program™ is available at no cost and meets for 9 weeks in a small group setting. The program is designed to improve the quality of life of family caregivers, and help caregivers manage their stress and cope better with their lives.

Turning 65 Workshop

Saturday, April 8, 1 to 3 p.m.

This workshop is designed for people signing up for Medicare within the next few months who need answers. Topics covered include:  
  • Do I have to enroll in Medicare?
  • How much does it cost and when will it start?
  • What are the Plans and how do they differ?
  • and much more..

3rd Wednesday of each Month: April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19, August 16, September 20, & October 18, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
