Stress-Busting Program™ for Alzheimer's and dementia caregivers

If you provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, you are not alone.
We know caregiving is stressful and we are offering the proven Stress-Busting Program™ for Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers.
The Stress-Busting Program™ teaches:
  • Stress Management Techniques
  • Relaxation and Coping Strategies
  • Problem Solving and Support

The Stress-Busting Program™ is available at no cost and meets for 9 weeks in a small group setting. The program is designed to improve the quality of life of family caregivers, and help caregivers manage their stress and cope better with their lives.
