This summer the Burleson Public Library is partnering with Purple Hearts Inc. and the Texas Department of Agriculture to provide summer meals to kids ages 18 and younger. Snacks will be distributed Monday-Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Ms. Becky's desk, in the children's section of the library. Lunches will be served Monday-Friday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. outside in the library garden. This program will run from June 4-August 17. There is no cost for these meals and no registration required. Girls Inc. Program (Girls ages 5-12)

This summer, join us every Friday afternoon from 2-3 p.m. for a fun program geared specifically for girls! This semester's theme for the girls ages 5-12 will be Girl Power! This program is presented by Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.

This program is recommended for kids ages 5-12, but all ages are welcome.
