This class is designed and intended to help our citizens become more cautious and aware of their surroundings while out and about in the community.
Why take this class?
To become familiar with information that is needed when identifying a person who has committed a criminal offense or who appears to be a suspicious person.
To learn the proper precautions to take to not become a victim.
To become familiar with the different options to protect your residence, vehicle and personal safety.
When and where is the class held?
The class will be held from 6 - 9 p.m. the third Tuesday of every month in the community room at the Burleson Police Department, 1161 SW Wilshire Blvd (a minimum of 12 citizens are required to host the class - so bring your friends!).
2017 dates: April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 21 and December 19.
