The Burleson Public Library recruits, trains, and maintains volunteers in service to the library and the public. The library accepts applications from those who wish to participate in the volunteer program.

Adult Volunteers

As mandated by City of Burleson policy, the library does not accept court-appointed community service for adults. Adult volunteers will be required to provide a copy of a current driver's license and submit to a criminal background check. Sign up online to volunteer.

If you are age 17 or over and interested in volunteering at the library, please contact Kelly Clute via email or call 817-426-9205.

Teen Volunteers

Teen volunteers are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Sign up online to volunteer as a teen. Teen volunteers will also need to have a Parental Consent form (PDF) signed by a parent or guardian.
For questions about teen volunteers, please contact Kelly Clute via email or call 817-426-9205.
