Zoning Code Update

As part of our initial outreach, we would like to hear from Burleson residents, Stakeholders, business owners, and any other interested persons regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the current Burleson Zoning Ordinance.  We will also be looking for ways the current regulations unnecessarily complicate the administration of land development and redevelopment and how they can be made clearer and more user-friendly.  Importantly, this project does not include updates to adopted City plans and policies or the Building Codes.
