Adopted Building Code
Staff will be presenting an update to the adopted building codes for the City of Burleson to the City Council. Below is a list of the building codes proposed for adoption with suggested amendments from the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Meeting dates are to be determined.

City Council approved the adoption of the 2015 International Building Codes on March 4, 2019. The Building Permits and Inspections Department will begin enforcing the new codes on April 1, 2019.
