The building permits and inspection division’s mission is to facilitate the land development process by applying the highest standards of health, safety and construction industry practices. Adopted Building Code 


City Council approved the adoption of the 2012 International Building Codes on July 5, 2016.  The Building Permits and Inspections Department will begin enforcing the new codes on August 1, 2016.
