His outstanding performance led him to the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, where he assumed the role of Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer for three years. His commitment to fiscal responsibility and strategic leadership further propelled him to the Deputy Town Manager/Chief Financial Officer position. Ultimately, he was appointed Town Manager in Flower Mound, where he served for six years.
Jefferson will assume his role with the city on Monday, October 9, overseeing the following departments: Administrative Services, Community Services, Finance, and Information Technology.
