Wednesday, April 25, 4 to 6 p.m. Join us on the WET to learn about groundwater, aquifers, groundwater/surface water connectivity, the water cycle, stormwater runoff, pollution and how it can affect groundwater, and water conservation in the home. The Prairielands Water Education Trailer or the “WET” is a 36-foot long, interactive classroom or museum on wheels containing 5 learning stations – a working aquifer model, a water well model, a water conservation station, video station, and a rainwater harvesting exhibit.
