Fitness

The second level of the Burleson Recreation Center (the BRiCk) features more than 50 pieces of cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and bikes), strength training (circuit and strength machines), 1,100 square feet of free weights, and a suspended track overlooking the gymnasium. The fitness area also features rooms for various aerobic and stretching classes. Trainers, with nutritional and dietetic backgrounds, are on staff to offer their expertise.
