The Burleson Senior Activity Center, formerly home to the Burleson Public Library, is located at 216 Southwest Johnson Avenue.
The Senior Activity Center will be re-opening on Monday, October 12 with special precautions in place:
Capacity will be limited to no more than 25 people at any given time.
The center is open for scheduled activities only, no walk-ins. Pre-registration is required. (Calendar Link)
Visitors are required to wear masks unless a medical condition or disability prohibits it.
All visitors will have their temperatures taken and sign in before entering the facility. The back door of the facility is the designated entrance.
Activities will only be offered if social distancing can be observed among participants.
No recurring reservations will be allowed, you must register separately for each event. Registrations may be limited, contact us for more details.
Visitors will be allowed in 15 minutes prior to a scheduled activity and will be required to leave when the activity is over so staff can clean and disinfect all common areas.
No food or drink will be provided, but you may bring your own.
Senior Activity Center programs have specific health protocols in place for the safety of our participants. Additionally, each program has specific registration caps for safety precautions due to COVID-19. These protocols have been reviewed and endorsed by our local health authority.
