Are you looking for a blend to “calm that indigestion”? Or a blend that is known to “strengthen your immune system”? Join our free workshop to learn how and taste some Texas herbal teas. Wear your favorite hat for a Texas Tea Party, bring a tea bag of your favorite herbal tea and don’t forget your favorite teacup or tea glass!
Learn about:
- Herbal teas
- The how and why for blending your favorite herbs and fruits and spices for that blend you desire
- We will mention a couple of Texas tea companies and some of their blends as we learn “How to make a cuppa”
- How to make an herbal tea or a “tisane” or an herbal decoction or an herbal infusion
- Taste a little of our Texas herbs as we learn about their use in our Texas history.
This is a free event available to Burleson, Texas residents only. Registration is required for participation. If you register and then find that you cannot come to the class, please cancel your registration. This class is very limited, and cancelling will give someone else a chance to attend.
