Mayor Rick Roper 1992-1998
Mr. Roper was born in Sherman, Texas. He was educated, worked, and lived in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area until 1971 when he moved his family to Burleson. He was an electrician by trade and started his own company, Roper Electric, in Burleson in 1975.
