Capt. R. Crum

Randy Crum Capt. Crum is a 27-year veteran of the department. He has patrol experience, a significant amount of experience in informational technology (including records management software), and experience with the department’s budget. He has taken the lead on all IT-related components, such as communications, for the new police department that opened in 2015. Capt. Crum was promoted in August 2015 from sergeant and now serves in the Support Bureau.
