Overview 

The mission of the Burleson Police Department's Property / Evidence section is to maintain the care, custody, and control of all seized evidentiary property until a final disposition is obtained from the courts. Property / Evidence also strives to return all recovered, found, or abandoned property back to its rightful owners.

Property may be released by appointment only, with proper identification, Tuesday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Please contact a member of the property and evidence team at phone number 817-426-9938 to schedule your appointment.
