Parks and Recreation Event Vendor Application

  1. 1. For considerations to become a vendor at this event, please fill out the vendor registration form for event-specific approval. Once approved, a payment link will be sent via email.

    2. Vendor Booths are fees vary by selected event.

    3. All vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs, and displays.

    4. All vendors must have a canopy, 10x10, to cover their space. REQUIRED.

    5. Please plan to bring weights or sandbags, as needed, to secure your canopy. 

    6. Vendor Set-Up: TBA

    7. All vendors MUST stay for the entire duration of the event.

    8. Please note: There is potential for comparable vendor businesses at this event.

    9. Vendor information will be emailed out a week prior to the event.
