27. What are the preferred start and end times for the officer(s)? Keep in mind whether you need an officer before guest arrival and after departure for setup and breakdown. Typically, officers arrive and depart 30 minutes to 1 hour before and after the event.*
29. How many officers do you want? In some circumstances we may mandate the number of officers necessary to safely staff your event. Once we have your responses we can discuss staffing if we see a need.*
31. What is the physical address where you would like officers to report for duty? Please note: Burleson officers may only work events that are inside the city limits.*
33. Provide a point of contact with a cell phone number. This should be someone who will be onsite during the event, able to provide payment and give instructions regarding expectations. The contact should also be capable of making decisions in an emergency, so it is important they remain unimpaired during the event. *
35. Describe of the nature of the work (security, traffic control, fixed post, patrolling, or some combination). The point of contact should be able to clarify any questions the officer(s) may have. Please note that police officers enforce state laws and city ordinances, but do not enforce event-specific rules or masking requirements.*

39. Will alcohol be sold or consumed? If so, what types will be available (beer, wine, liquor, or a combination)? Please describe the controls in place for consumption (e.g., open bar, maximum number of drink tickets, BYO, for purchase, etc.). It is important that the law enforcement point of contact remains unimpaired during the event.*
41. Specify the type and timing of payment to the officer. The standard payment method is cash or check at the time of the event. Payment can also be made through RKPay, though an additional fee applies. RKPay allows for credit card or bank draft payments and eliminates the need to track officer W-9s or issue 1099s.*
