All BRiCk programs have specific health protocols in place for the safety of our participants. Additionally, each program has specific registration caps for safety precautions due to COVID-19. These protocols have been reviewed and endorsed by our local healthy authority.
ProgramHealth Protocol: Masks required for age 10 and up (Masks will not be worn during high intensity tumbling). Masks encouraged for age 2 and up (medical exclusions apply); All stretches and skills will be taught and stationed 6- feet apart. There will be no-contact/sparring allowed. All equipment will be sanitized after each use. Max Enrollment:10 participants per room (Max of 20 /Partition will be utilized)

Students will learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do through choreographed sequences of combative moves, the breaking of boards, and two-person controlled sparring while learning discipline, respect, and responsibility.
