Women's Self Defense 


COVID-19 Precautions:
 
All BRiCk programs have specific health protocols in place for the safety of our participants. Additionally, each program has specific registration caps for safety precautions due to COVID-19. These protocols have been reviewed and endorsed by our local health authority. 

Program
 Health Protocol: All attendees ages 2 and older will be encouraged to wear a mask, all attendees age 10 and up will be required to wear a mask, at any time they are not engaging in cardiovascular exercise (medical exclusions apply); All skills will be taught at skills stationed 6-feet apart.
Max Enrollment: 10 participants per class.

This self-defense class is designed to equip women with effective personal protection techniques and concepts!  The instructor has 30+ years of martial arts experience and self-defense training.  This class is a hands-on course that is perfect for women of all ages and fitness levels.  The content is appropriate for females 12 years and older.
