The City of Burleson Environmental Services issues health permits and performs health inspections of public and semi-public swimming pools and spas within the City.

Plan Review

Plans for construction of new commercial pools or public interactive water features must be submitted to the Environmental Services Department for review under city and state law.  Please submit the attached application along with an official copy of the plans to be reviewed via emailPlease note there is a $150 fee for all plan reviews.

Permit for Pools or Public Interactive Water Features

A current health permit is required in order to use commercial pools or public interactive water features.  If you have a new pool or are doing a change of ownership for a current pool please fill out the below application.  Please note that permits do not transfer to new owners of commercial pools.
