Currently, all our aqua fitness classes are complimentary for members!



Senior Water Aerobics


  • Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Times: 9 a.m. - 9:50 a.m.
This low-impact water exercise is perfect for mature members or those who are interested in getting back into physical fitness but need to take it easy. Participants are encouraged to choose their own comfort level as the class is taught using a progression method.

Lunch Crunch


  • Days: Tuesday - Friday
  • Times: 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m.
An action-packed, high intensity workout in the pool on your lunch break! Build up your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories and improve the range of motion in your joints! This class involves shallow and deep water exercises and is a lot of fun!

Family Aerobics


  • Days: Wednesday and Friday
  • Times: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Fitness fun for the whole family! Parents with children 10 years old and older are welcome to bring their kids along for a great workout sans the joint pain! What better way to get fit as a family?

Aqua Boot Camp


  • Days: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Times: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Jump in and join the troops for a boot camp style workout in the water. This workout combines cardio and strength training drills in the water designed to burn calories, tone muscles and get you in shape without placing added stress on the joints.
