In the spring of 2024, Burleson worked with ETC Institute—a nationally recognized government research and survey company—to administer a community survey. The survey was conducted as part of Burleson’s effort to assess citizen satisfaction with the quality of services the city provides as well as the overall perception residents have of the community where they live.

This is the second community survey ETC Institute has administered for Burleson. The first was conducted in the spring of 2022.

The survey was mailed to a random sample of households throughout the City. Citizens could return the survey via a postage-paid return envelope or take it online. A total of 433 households completed the survey. The overall results for the sample of 433 households have a precision of at least +/-4.7% at the 95% level of confidence. An online survey was also made available to all residents.
