The City of Burleson highlighted a significant achievement, as KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air broke ground on a new $6 million-plus corporate headquarters and service center inside Highpoint Business Park on October 17, 2025.
“For more than 40 years, this family-owned business has been a cornerstone of quality and reliability in the DFW Metroplex, delivering trusted plumbing, heating and air solutions with a legacy built on faith, family and care for their customers as well as their employees," said City of Burleson Economic Development Director Alex Philips. "We could not be prouder to welcome them to Burleson, Texas.”
The $6 million-plus project will bring a new 26,750-square-foot corporate headquarters to Highpoint Business Park, retaining 75 existing jobs and creating an additional 30. It’s a significant investment that will deliver a strong boost to Burleson’s local economy.
“Our new home in Burleson will empower our team to serve more families and businesses across North Texas,” said Rustin Mayse, owner of KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air. “We’re grateful to the city for welcoming us and for sharing our belief that strong communities are built on faith, family and commitment.”
Once complete, the facility will accelerate the growth of KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air and help the company achieve greater success in its fields of expertise. The new headquarters will be a prominent fixture in Highpoint Business Park, joining other family-owned and operated businesses in the park.
This investment reflects Burleson’s ongoing commitment to attracting major commercial developments that expand the city’s economic base and provide new opportunities for its residents.
