- Pools and Spas - in-ground and above ground
- Retaining Walls - new or repairs/replacements
- Storage Buildings
- Fences - new or repairs/replacements
- Irrigation System - new or repairs/replacements
- Patio Covers
- Pergolas
- Roof Decking ONLY - residential reroof where decking will be replaced.

Adopted Building Code
City Council approved the adoption of the 2021 International Building Codes on October 2, 2023. The Building Permits and Inspections Department will begin enforcing the new codes on November 2, 2023.
